Why This Trip
Does your student love being active and exploring the world, or want to become more outdoorsy but isn’t sure where to start? In either case, you want to help them pursue new adventures with guidance from trusted mentors, and fall break is a perfect chance. This trip brings students out of their comfort zones with a journey through the magnificent rock formations of Moab, Utah.
Participants on this adventure camp in and navigate through two of Utah’s most spectacular national parks: Arches and Canyonlands. Along the way, they experience some of the world’s best mountain biking, witness sunset and moonrise over Delicate Arch, rock climb on beautiful red sandstone, and explore several stunning slot canyons. Participants also tackle whitewater rafting on the nearby Colorado River, visit sites including Devils Garden, The Needles, and Blue John Canyon, and reflect deeply on their lives and relationships.
By completing this trip, participants experience a fall break like no other and level-up their appreciation for the beauty of nature. They lay the groundwork for pursuing a lifetime of adventure by broadening their comfort zones and boosting their self-confidence.
