Personal Leadership B (includes Fitness for Life)

Why This Class

As a parent, you know the challenges of managing time and energy to accomplish your goals every day. However, getting your student to take ownership of their time and energy can be difficult. This course helps by introducing your student to the primary sources of energy and tools to increase their capacity in each area.

Mentors in this class guide students to apply the principles of energy management in their studies, relationships, fitness activities, and daily lives. Students learn to manage their time more efficiently, reflect on their life’s purpose, and explore tools for creating a happy and healthy future. Students complete a project based on the principles of energy management learned throughout the semester.

By the end of this course, students become mindful stewards of their time and energy. Inspired by their vision for the future, they set and accomplish goals with new levels of purpose and dedication.
