How we guide your student
Your student has a unique set of interests—it’s part of what makes them who they are. As they grow up and experience more of life, they resonate with certain kinds of opportunities. You want them to pursue what excites them while earning credit and experience that will help them in college and beyond. To support this goal, we have a robust and wide-ranging selection of High School Electives.
Students in grades 9-12 can enroll in whichever electives most interest them. Full-time students who plan to graduate using The Williamsburg Curriculum should check with their school of record to ensure their chosen electives fit their graduation plan. Full-time students generally have room for no more than three elective credits. (Many students also choose to complete two credits in a world language to increase the competitiveness of their college applications, leaving them with only one credit for electives.)
