High School PE & Health Program

Help your student maximize their health physically, mentally, and emotionally.

How we guide your student

As a parent, you know that nothing is more important than your student’s health. In a world filled with competing—and often contradictory—health theories and wellness programs, helping your student take care of their health can be easier said than done. You want your student to take a holistic approach to their wellness and develop health practices based on principles, not fads—and that’s the goal behind our High School Health & PE Program.

Mentors in these self-paced courses address the challenge of teaching physical fitness online by helping students develop workout plans which they complete in their local communities and record in a digital tracking system. Students engage in challenges, competitions, personal assessments, and individual and group accountability programs. They establish fitness rhythms that help them achieve their goals. Mentors also work with students to develop knowledge, habits, and values that promote lasting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

As a result of completing these courses, students grow stronger, lighter, more confident, more grateful, healthier, and more fit. In other words, they change their lives. The principles they discover provide a foundation that will help them maximize their health in the long run.
