Student Fitness Challenge

Why This Class

Some research suggests that students who have more fun in their high school physical education courses are more likely to be able to execute on health and fitness goals later in life. What could be more fun for a high school fitness course than a Student Fitness Challenge? In this course, students will engage in a health-related fitness challenge that will both encourage them to grow in their individual fitness as well as be a part of a team working towards similar goals. The challenge will change slightly each semester to keep a fresh look for students who wish to return.
