Middle School Life Readiness
Why This Class?
As your child transitions into teenage years, understanding health and wellness and planning for their future will be increasingly vital. This Middle School Life Readiness course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive exploration of physical, mental, and social health and get them thinking about their future. Students will come away equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions that will positively impact their lives and communities.
Our knowledgeable and experienced mentors will guide students to explore essential topics such as nutrition, physical fitness, mental health, the importance of healthy relationships, college and career awareness, and reproductive health. Through interactive lessons, engaging projects, and real-world applications, students will learn to think critically about their wellness choices. You are encouraged to collaborate with your child as they progress through this course. Please know that some assignments will require you to opt-in for your student to participate in them.
