This course is exclusively designed for and offered to Leadership Academy of Utah students as a required elective.

Why This Class

You want your student to have the ability to thoughtfully plan ahead and work toward long-term career and personal goals. Like you, we believe this is an essential skill worth developing.

In this course, middle school students get early exposure to potential career pathways and the requirements for those jobs. Students learn to make informed decisions on educational goals and determine which skills and knowledge are most important to develop.

By the end of this course, students will have researched possible career paths, learned about workplace skills, and practiced creating a plan to achieve their long-term goals.
